mm i think this song is about someone who is pain and it is obvious to everyone else now..and they have a choice of trying to fix it or break..the lead singer is admitting that he is not perfect himself. i think he is trying to help the person out, like he sed like your only friend i fight you to the end..he is the one lef thtat wants to help save the person in pain.

this song to me is about about abuse. the person has been abused for a long time and hasn't told anyone. but then it becomes obvious, the bruises show, and now they have to get away from it and heal. or they have to fall.
