Nothing New Lyrics

it's really nothing new
as far as stories go
you're like pinoccio
wondering what i am doing here

you have an expertise
that's like a real disease
such a strong dis ease
that I just weaken in the knees
you're heart is so untrue
but i love only you
it's really nothing new

it's really nothing new
you're neither here nor there
you're like swampy air
will you stay or will you go?
i wish i didn't care

you're heart is so untrue
but i love only you
it's really nothing new
it's really nothing new

all the little things i do
they're all lost on you
i'm all alone it's true
it's really nothing new

it's really nothing new
they said our game should stop
i should let you drop
and watch you just disappear

all the iles in my heart
they'd all wanting you
it's really nothing new
it's really nothing new

Cover art for Nothing New lyrics by April March

This sweet song is the english version of the french "Garçon Glaçon". April March has performed quite a lot of French 1960's classics, both in French and English. "Garçon Glaçon" can be found on her album "Chrominance Decoder" but the english version was only published on the Garcon Glacon Promo for radio stations. I think it's a wonderful songs that sounds like a memory to summer. The music and the lyrics both have the same sadness: loving someone who won't be any good, but the feeling still lingers.

CORRECTION: the last refrain should be: "all the arrows in my heart, they all point to you it's really nothing new it's really nothing new"
