The Psychedelic Warlords (Disappear in Smoke) Lyrics
We're sick of politicians harassment and laws
All we do is get screwed up by other people's flaws
World turned upside down now there's nothing
else to do
But live in concrete jungles that just block
up the view
And that ain't no joke, you can disappear in smoke
And that ain't no joke, you can disappear in smoke
I'm telling you, that ain't no lie
You think you know the answers but we don't tell no lies
We can take you anyway thro' seven different highs
World turned upside down now, there's nothing else
to do, but live in concrete jungles, but they block up the views
All we do is get screwed up by other people's flaws
World turned upside down now there's nothing
else to do
But live in concrete jungles that just block
up the view
And that ain't no joke, you can disappear in smoke
I'm telling you, that ain't no lie
We can take you anyway thro' seven different highs
World turned upside down now, there's nothing else
to do, but live in concrete jungles, but they block up the views

I'm pretty sure that David Brock sings the words "living concrete jungles", not "live in concrete jungles". But there are a few other differences I hear:
Sick of politicians, harassment and laws / All we do is get screwed up by other people's flaws / World turned upside down now nothing else to do / Living concrete jungles, that blocks up the view
And man it ain't no joke, you could disappear in smoke / And man it ain't no joke, you could disappear in smoke / And I'm telling you, that ain't no lie
Think you know the answers we don't tell no lies / We can take you any way, seven different highs / Word turned upside down now, nothing else to do, living concrete jungles, that's the type of view
And man it ain't no joke, you could disappear in smoke / And man it ain't no joke, you could disappear in smoke / And I'm telling you, that it ain't no lie
[Edit: typos]
Great song. I think it's saying the way to get out of this oppressive concrete jungle that we're born into is to "disappear in smoke" i.e. get high and listen to Hawkwind, who are the self-proclamed psychedelic warlords, and I can't argue with that.
