It's a fall of troy song, they have played it live since self-titled, they just never recorded it. They have lots of live videos of this.
Tom has said several times that this song is about their hometown (Seattle).

I'm not shure if "Knives for teeth sing lullabies when underneath the sheets" is right. I think he is singing (shouting?) something completly different. Oh and after "and trusting you is burning me... alive!" Tim shouts something else. Of course I can't understand what it is. Someone see the Manipulator's booklet, plz !
