This song is likely about someone going into a surgery and there fear of death the lyrics "sleep on we'll breath the sweet air through your nose" likely meaning the person is dying and unable to breath themselves, "sleep on" could also mean "pass away" and the person's going into a comma there unlikely to awake from I think the entire second verse is reminiscing and the line "I'm selfishly slimmin' because the seasons got us eating less and less" being a early sign of illness
Wow this song is absolutely amazing. The lyrics are a little.. fuzzy but they sound correct, I'll correct if needed later 'cause I'm not so sure about the chorus.

THey should have worked harder on this one, it had the potential to be a really good poppy hit song, and it is better than most of their CD. It is probably Slim Member, considering the next line is the seasons got us eating less and less.
