Haha, you guys break me up. Yeah, it's clearly an ode to the sport of skateboarding and the profound influence it's had on Jason's life.

Actually, the meaning is quite clear if you listen to the version found on the "What Happened to the Fambly Cassette" album that you can get from Jason's site, jasonlytle.com.
