i think this song is about a on again off again relationship "Maybe this time baby it's meant to be" and if now over again and he thinks it should be done for good this time
It's about his daughter's mom. Sully cheated on her, and when they got back together, everytime they had an argument she would just push him to the ground and keep rubbing in his face that he cheated on her, basically bleeding him.
