i think it's about trying to tell yourself you'll move on. you'll be okay. even if you're not at the moment, life goes on and you need to be strong. the relationship ended for a reason, you just gotta move yourself on. and mainly thats what it's about, moving on although you miss how your ex would hold you, or the things he'd say..
