At first I thought it was "just passed it up" but when I listened closer there is a definite L when she puts more hear into later in the song. I'm pretty sure it is "just blast it up" (like blow it away). I don't know what emo sounds like but I love this song & BYOP. I wouldn't call them emo. I thought that was like depressed, slit your wrist music?

well just because this sounds a hard feeling song doesn't make it emo, there was things created before emo ever came and destroyed our generation. so i would say this is a good heart broken love song that shows how much it hurts after losing someone you love or really like and trying to pick yourself up, i find nothing emo about this song.

Agreed. The catch-phrase "emo" went out of fashion already. Songs can have emotion and not suck.

This is not an emo song... who would think Be Your Own Pet are emo? O___O I actually like this song- a little laid back. Pearl's vocals are awesome. :)

i think she's saying "just blast it up". and the last line is "pains that BREAK my heart", just the last one.
