Written about Kathy Poindexter. A girl from Raleigh, NC. Who was in a punk rock band called Picasso Trigger.

Turns out Ryan Adams ran into her in a bar once, back in the day. Her band had a song called Lo-Fi Tennessee Mountian Angel written about Dolly Parton.
