Devil's Eyes

Unhappy movements in your eyes is such a great phrase.

I thought it talked about the "Skins" style casual promiscuity and social...recklessness of society. A society full of peoples who's souls have become complacent and uncaring, driven by lust. How this is destroying us and making us depressed. I related it to youths mainly, the sorta older teenager, the party generation. My age.

No one's posted for this song? I think it's a pretty good one. Kind of like an electronic version of The White Stripes. I like the line, "There's a sound / That we make when we sleep around". The word "around" sounds kind of like an afterthought and it changes the meaning o f the line entirely...

Your right, it is like an electronic version of The White Stripes! But I dont get this song, you have the line 'Living with me in my dreams', which made me think that it's all just imaginary, or maybe that their dead, along with everyone else in the world, and all we are doing is imagining. In the video clip, it shows multiple crim scenes, and snapshots of people...but I still dont get it. Great song either way!

maybe it's about bad things, or nightmares actually happening to us, I dont know, the second part of the song supports me, but the first part I dont get it. But in the end, it's a great song!!!!!!!!!

^^ Too true. The video is amazing, and it works so well with the song, especially if you know the area where the video was shot. It's kinda sleezy-looking, which fits with the sound of the song.

Combined with the music video, it seems to me that the song is about a jealous lover who went too far in getting revenge. Or about someone who thought a one night stand was something more, when it wasn't.

This could be a precursor to the second verse, where someone can't really figure out how to say what he wants to to the girl, and so it ends up like this

"Happens fast Never planned out in your mind To last"

To me seems like the two people got it on, but it never should have happened.

i love buck 65, halfly, Becuase I'm a martimer too, but anyhoo, This Probally has nothign to with the acuttal meaning of the song, but whne I hear it I think of and Intense Tango, Were Everone is masked and dancing. then a girl catches glimpse of the eyes that pops out of the masks and takes her back through her nightmares, .... I know I have way too much time on my hands to think of stuff like that but I think it make an interesting video,

But I still Really like the video they have for this song already.
