on the last chorus insted of saying "I take 3 everyday" he says: "but I'd still fuckin' shake"
badass song though and it explains itself if you listen
He wants the girl; however, he knows she doesn't really want him back. He says that he won't change and he is who he is. Regardless of this nonchallant attitude he is still deeply hurt by the fact that she just doesn't want him.
