I love this song. I have to have it playing whenever I play a video game that even mentions zombies. I think this song is about grabbing opportunities while you can. I.e., "If you don't live life to its fullest, you should not be living." Or, it's about escaping the drudgeries of reality and life in general. Either one fits in my opinion.
I think its about not letting yourself become a tool of society and having an open and free mind instead of walking round braindead
