I have no clue what this song is about. Partly because the lyrics are in a language very foreign to me. My only guess could be that it's about a panda? But I doubt it's that literal. For all I know panda could mean something in Swedish. I like the song, though. :)
Hey, this such a cool song, especially the beginning drums. I, being lucky, have a Swedish friend with very good music taste, and he translated this song for me! It's not complete and it's quite literal, but it's still pretty cool: Panda (no idea why its called this...theres nothing in the lyrics about tired bamboo eating bears)

"Panda" is a slang term in Sweden which refers to the emo/indie girls who wear a lot of smeared eyeliner (so they look like pandas)
