Hate to be an ass to you, letters, but people come on this site for lyrics, not perfect grammar. Keep in mind your grammar is slightly less than perfect, as well. But who are we to judge?

it seems like a letter , or maybe just personal thoughts from somebody in prison. from what I gather from it, it appears he meant to shoot someone else, but shot his sister. or maybe instead of prison, he's hiding out. again, very reclusive, mysterious writing on peregrine.
