A Big Fan of the Pigpen Lyrics
oh, to speak on one's feet
to beat on one's brain
the popular mechanics are at it again
a tenement filled with side-show freaks
assembled to downgrade
an immpeccable arrangement
by the soft-rock renegades
and give me time to light
a sentimental torch tonight
i'm a big fan of the pigpen
sharper than most
cut with exacto
God is all good
ex post facto
ba-da-ba-da...
oh, oh...
to beat on one's brain
the popular mechanics are at it again
a tenement filled with side-show freaks
assembled to downgrade
an immpeccable arrangement
by the soft-rock renegades
and give me time to light
a sentimental torch tonight
i'm a big fan of the pigpen
cut with exacto
God is all good
ex post facto
ba-da-ba-da...
oh, oh...

i believe it's "God is all good"
I could never decide if it was "God is all good," or "got it all good." Definitely not "gone is all good," though.
The ending of this sounds like it could tie into "Motor Away".
Bob likes The Grateful Dead, at least the early stuff when Pigpen was alive. 'Speak on one's feet' refers to their reputation for improvisation and jamming, 'popular mechanics' could refer to the band as an incredibly popular yet incredibly technical group, and the bit about the 'sentimental torch' could just be about remembering to honour Pigpen.
There isn't any other sort of Pigpen other than the literal one, is there?
