Respect the structure

5150 is code for something related to mental patients, because being "51-50'd" means getting sent to the mental asylum. at least that's the term i've come to know.
According to Sabbath no one recorded any voices on the track yet somone says "You. You (Unkown word)" Everyone in the band freaked but Dio thought it was cool. This made the band think Dio was a demon or somthing along those lines and they almost kicked him out of Black Sabbath.
