Probably already been said but sounds like contemplating suicide then realizing it's not right.

This song was the 1st music i heard when i came out of a coma caused by a TBI{tramatic brain injury). I was the target of and ied in afganistan that introduced my brain to metal. Didn't care much for it either. When i came outta the coma I had to relearn almost everything. How to speak, lost a huge portion of my memories and terrible short term memory, even how to use the restroom. TBI's are considered the hidden injury. We look undameged. One look so strong so delicate. Also after 2yrs the healing basicly stops(I'm trying to hold it together Head is lighter than a feather Looks like I'm not getting better Not getting better). The chronic pain is terrible and never leaves. Pain meds don't hence head ticking like a bomb. For i wait for death and have been resuitated 7 times.

I haven't looked too much into the lyrics yet, but musically this song is awesome.

which I will admit CP is associated with gay people, and I will not dispute that..

however, you also failed to see the rest the bands...

Bands like Queens of the Stone age, who are fucking amazing Alice in Chains, Pink Floyd, Soundgarden, Nirvana, Neil Young,Bob Dylan,

and most of all Pearl Jam,

And it's not just the "radio hits" I like from those bands...

It's the stuff they wrote off the kilter, the stuff they did under the radar, when they weren't popular, or after they "stopped being good"

Seriously Nirvana's best stuff was on In Utero and some of PJ's best stuff was of off No Code...

Bands that give a shit about the music they write, how it's going to affect the listener.... not how many records it will sell... that's what I like....

And yes I Like Coldplay, but I am with out Comeback....

I love the part where he says 'sing along mockingbird'. It sounds inspiring.
