I can relate to this song as well as so many smile empty soul songs they just describe a current relationship i am in so much. He hurts me a lot not physically ever but so many times emotionally and everytime we fight he acts like hes not effected and i always hope hes as miserable as i am. He never will admit hes wrong and he just makes me feel so bad.
I think this song is about that a relationship and hes possibly broken up with his girlfriend and he hopes shes not alright because hes not, he cont really forgive her, and so he hopes that shes thinking of him. He wants her to feel as much pain as he does.
