Here's the full dissection.

I got blood in my gas tank, bones in my steel. (G. Bush JR. was driven by the need for oil, but all he got was US death) I eat California condor for my Thanksgiving meal. (Makes no attempt to save the ecology of Earth) I'm the last superpower. I'm the son of a loaded gun. I'm Rapscallion. (I'm the president, biznatch!! And I got the military under me!) When I was young and shiny boy. I tried to dig my way to China. (I have no idea) I met the Rapscallion. En route from South Carolina. (Maybe a reference to GB being Southern) Then he told me I don't like, I don't like you. He said I'm searching for a colored man. I said what colors have you seen? He said I seen 'em black and brown and red. But, but, but the one I seek is green. (All this bastard wanted was money) Then he told me I don't like, I don't like you. I'm Rapscallion. (Ah, he hates everyone)

The interpretations of the colored man and the colors are interesting.

If taken more literally, black, brown, and red could simply refer to (in order) African Americans, Arabs, and Native Americans. All three of those groups have been (and/or continue to be) brutalized and exploited in the name of making money ("the green man" if you will; labor, property, land = money).

COncidering that no one has yet to menchine anything on this absolutley astonishingling great song, I shall take the libery of smashing the bottle and taking helm on her maiden voyage...by the way i can't spell.

(did not know you couldn't leave paragraphs; that or I suck at the typing game; I place fifty frog skins on the second guess) ANywho, songs about Bush jr., its sort of a charictature of his ethnocentirc badass attitude/ get-up. The song is sort of expressing what i believe to be Les's take on what the primal scences of our moronic presidant are. He's a bastered who is a deserter and does all he can just to reap the expansive wealth in any situation, AND he likes to be a caowboy. I hate him to. P.S. during the breakdown on the Hallucino genetics dvd, look at the large ordamits hagning on the stage's battens(big cieling poles who are not employed in the technical theatre industry) is you observe the projections which TIm and Les seem to be hypnotized by, you'll notice quick flashes of Bush's mouth and scouling brow. love -The Drewbylama

Black=oil brown=? red=blood green=money.

I think you're all very right, due to the time he was writing, "I'm the son of a loaded gun", the fact he's openly spoken out against the Bush administration and also because once he said before playing this song live "Don't wanna alarm y'all... But we have a jackass in the Whitehouse".

"blood in my gastank" refers to the Iraq war, the condor bit to how he doesn't care about conservation or the environment.

I did notice Tim looking up on the DVD, maybe it's for inspiration as he whacks that 3rd bass drum!

I'm not sure about the colours, I thought it could refer to ethnicity but the post above makes sense too! What could 'brown' mean if so?

you've already decided pretty much he's racist... so he's trying to hunt down the green coloured man. whose green? them damn hippy eco-terr'sts.. that's who... and there are plenty of 'em in prison too.

let me generallize a bit more... the green folks needn't be terr'ists... they are basically opposed to just about every one of his policies... good reason to sniff 'em out... "ya got 24 hours to go." Are you one of them?
