My go at a translation:

A row of benches in a restless late April I glance over my shoulder to see you blink I can have you whenever you want The wind blows litter through the corridors one last time And you and I hold our hands as we braze ourselves for the leap We’re not very far from home

But still there’s thousands of tears left to cry They were yours to give to whomever you want And Finally They’re the most precious treasure you have So never ask for forgiveness again And Finally We’re transcending all of their limits

Do you remember our blood oath, our law? Our foolish crusades toward an equally foolish place All I remember is like nails scratched on glass But all you do is laugh, diminish it all into a joke But I can tell by your anxious posture, your nervous gaze, that you feel That it’s a long way home

Soon there will be no tears left to cry They’re were ours to give to whomever we want And Finally They’re the most precious treasure we have So never ask for forgiveness again And Finally You’re drawing your own borders

And that boy I never knew of Walking streets I never saw Thinking thoughts I never thought of Beneath hair wavy and straw All feelings beating and blasting An everyday life filled with holes In a time when nothing happened In the city that always sleeps But honey, all of us were once young Yes, all of us were once young Yes, all of us were once young

I’m throwing stones in my glasshouse I’m playing darts in my iron lung So I grow all of my fears now Yes, I’ll always plant new seeds And I take shelter in my greenhouse Where envy grows green and wild And I’m scared for my life of living And I’m scared to death to die But honey, all of us will one day die Yes, all of us will one day die Yes, all of us will one day die

All of us will one day die All of us will one day die All of us will one day die

Hello Pirlo. The lyrics is about Jocke Berg. He graduated from school 16 years before this song was written i think, and he kind of look back at his life. The textline "Jag är livrädd för att leva och jag är dödsrädd för att dö" works a lot better in swedish. But it says something like "I am terrified to live, but also terrified to die"

And the reason it works better in Swedish, for those interested, is that he's "scared to life" of living, and scared to death of dying. But I don't think I've ever heard the word "dödsrädd" used anywhere else, just like one does not really say "scared to life" in English =)

was bored so i quickly translated the lyrics, it's not 100% correct but i guess it'll give you a hint

a benchrow in a restless late april i glance over my shoulder to see you blink i can have you whenever you want a wind is blowing litter along the corridor one final time you and i are holding our breaths and holding hands in our leap it's not very far home

still there's thousands of tears left they were yours to give whomever finally they're your most precious jewelry so never say you're sorry again finally we cross their limitations/borders

can you remember our blood oath, our law our stupid crusade towards an equally stupid town i remember it all, as nails to glass but you're just laughing at me. decreasing everything to but a joke but i can tell by your insecure posture, your worried gaze, that you can feel that it's a long way home

and soon there's no tears left they were ours to give whomever finally they're our most precious jewelry so never say you're sorry again finally you're setting your own limitations/borders

the boy i never knew that was walking all the paths i never saw and was thinking about thoughts i never thought underneath a thin ? hair and all the feeleings beating and blowing the everyday life full of holes

i'm throwing stones in a glass house i'm playing darts in my incubator and as so i'm growing my fears yea, i'm constantly planting new seeds

and in my greenhouse i'm secure there my envy grows green and vivid i'm terrified to live i'm terrified to die (lost in translation)

but honey we're all gonna die eventually yes we're all gonna die eventually yes we're all gonna die eventually

we're all gonna die eventually we're all gonna die eventually we're all gonna die eventually

should be something like in the days when nothing happened in a town always asleep

but honey once we were all young yes, once we were all young yes, once we were all young

revolution89 is right about the meaning of the song. "Mannen i den vita hatten, 16 år senare" is translated to "The man in the white hat, 16 years later" which refers to the white hat the swedish graduates wear. The song is probably about this guy who bumps into a girl he remembers from his high school days. They talk about what happened (a bit fuzzy, but probably some romance) and how they were unsecure and afraid at the time, and that they (he) can't recognize himself in his past self.

The first half of the song is about the past adn the other half is about looking forward. In the lyrics he tells us about all these big problems, both now and when growing up, but he doesn't deal with any of them. That's up to you, the listener.
