this song is about the true rebellious and passionate people wanting the trendy kids who only buy into rebellion and politics thanks to bands like 'Green Day' to fuck off so we can be left in peace from those morons. I think.

hey kids you wanna look like a punk rocker? get shirts with little A's on them with a circle around them....dont forget your studs! and your hot topic gift card!. its just saying how the man tapped into our culture, fucked it up and turned it into style so now we have little girls mohawking their hair to be a punk rocker for halloween. clothes that were once wore to show the fashion industry and society that they could not tell us how to dress are now exactly how society and pop culture says you should dress.....damn shame, if i wear a dead kennedys shirt and my studs from a 1989 bad religion show its means the same as that chick in Vogue magazine with a joey ramone shirt on with and an ultra hip new stud belt.
