This song is about a girl who e-mailed the band saying her mom was an Alcholic and that her dad beat her, The lead singer e-mailed back and asked if there was anything he could od like call Social services or something and she said no and because the mom and dad would lie, So they decided to write a song for her. I did read what this song is about but when I hear it I think of this girl I was with so I think its cool when anyone hears this song or any other song by any artist & make our own meaning to it then someone tryin' to be like no this is what it really means & this was my favorite song off of Cold's last album now theres the new group The Witch w/ Scooter & Sam

i wish i had an alcoholic mother and a dad who beats me , in exchange for havin a normal life. anyway this song means another thing to me. cuz i feel like i lived it , i lived moments with my gf , when she was falling of grace , and she ddnt wonna change for me , she took drugs , so i prayed for someone else to change her life is she would change for me.

she left me so many times , and the last time when i left her after being neglected by her for months , i felt like she stole my life , now im depressed , fucked up , alone , isolated , n simply dying , in my room im spendin the whole day alone , i hate talkin to anyone or doin anythin . she simple stole my life.
