i think its not "fool's got a fallen raise, / Another fallen child." but "fool's gonna fall an' raise / Another fallen child"
Not really sure the reason behind this one, my only guess is one man with a deep dark past with secrets and noone wants to end up liek him or knows him but i do love the sound of the tune
