To me this song is about love...the guy loves the girl but she doesn't feel that way anymore about him...but thats just my take on it

i do agree with the first post, but i think theres more to it then just that. it seems to me that the girl constantly treats the guy like shit, walks all over him, and just doesn't appreciate him whatsoever. but the guy doesn't care..he loves her that much..."Don't you know that three small words could make this all okay" and he's basically saying that he would take her back and forgive her for everything she has ever done if she just says she loves him
I definitely agree with mypaperheart310. I'm currently in a very, very similiar situation. Maybe the exact situation. This song is about a guy being so in love with a girl, who seemingly loves him, but doesn't really show it. The lyrics are short, but I'm living it so I'll go on... She treats the guy like shit, uses him like a puppet. And it seems like she does it because she knows she can. And no matter what he is always going to be by her side for better or worse no matter how bad he gets hurt by this girl. He just wants to hear "i love you" from her, but it's not going to happen. But karma's a bitch and she'll get hers.
This is the best song Just Surrender has ever written, from BOTH albums. It is a simple melody, but just encapsulates the worn out feelings of the singer(s) perfectly.
haha. i love how budsmoker called karma a bitch. at least karma is a bitch to everyone at some point and not just a few people. so yes she will. here in this song it sounds to me like shes trying to move on and just when shes almost there he says/does something and she cant quite give up and now shes asking him to forget her so she can move on. sounds like neither of them want to though.
