i think going on the idea of abortion a lot of the lines make sense. Perhaps its about getting some trollop pregnant, the mel de mer, seasickness referring to maybe the feeling of finding out getting this chick pregnant, that uneasy feeling in your stomach. And the whole idea about "liberate your mind" (getting rid of this burden of having an unwanted pregnancy). "this is not accepted where we live..." and abortion certainly isn't completely accepted in our society. The lines/title definitely go along with the idea of abortion...whether they are for/against or neutral towards it im not too sure

Also the whole "eat crow and liberate your mind" he/she disagrees but still to be free of being looked down upon, etc. he/she will have eat crow and do it.
