I think I have it all wrong..but here's my idea anyways

I'm gonna Thorazine shuffle straight out the door ^ Thoranzine goes with the rehab idea...maybe more of a mental institute

Head to the farm and find me a cure ^good old sunshine,outdoors, regular life will cure him, rehab won't.....or he's going to the farm as in going home and making moonshine

I read that it's about the road to Dropkick Murphy's. (name of a dry out center (where DKM got their name)) The actual road to the place was called "Sunshine Highway" becuase when the drunks drove the road they would throw out their bottles and they would break over the road. There was so much broken glass that the road would light up and shine at night with cars headlights.

Could anyone help me out with two idioms in that song? I am German, so I did not get all the meaning: 1.: What's "Tango and gin"? Is it Gin and Tonic? 2.: Mt. Pleasant messiahs?
