it's "from the color you swear that your life takes in this town" and "you live in regret." anyways, this is a great song from a great new band. its one of my favorites on the cd. anyone else agree with me?

I agree, this is an awesome song, "are you someone elses point of view" is a great line.

This and City by the Sea are my favorites on the album.

I love this song by Terminal. For some odd reason it makes me think of this guy I like a lot...well used to until he moved away. I don't know I think he regrets leaving here. This song makes me sad but I still love it none the less and listen to it constantly.

It's about his lover, she's running away from him, but she'll never get away from his heart. She leaves town, and regrets it deep down, knowing that she misses him. "no place will make you happier" I think is referring to in his arms, because he is talking about holding her. The term, 'alright' just overwelms me, because its so simple yet he wants her to be fine because he loves her. It makes me think of every boy I've ever loved.

when the song starts with the piano i seriously get the chillls. definately reminds me and my ex.my favorite song by themm...along with pillow fighting. a mustttt listeeen.

Oh my. Ive been a fan of GoodBye Tomorrow for a few years now, and never even heard of this band. They're just brilliant. The song is amazing.

I haven't gone a day without listening to this band since I heard 'Dark' in the beginning of October 2006. Epilohunk pretty much explained it. She ran away from him, and now both are regretting it, but shes making excuses on why it happened and creating false pretenses from other people. This song will forever be dedicated to explain my life. I cannot even gather into words what this song means to me or how I feel when I hear it.

My best friend just went to college; I'm a high-school senior. He's trying to convince me to go to the school he's at now. He's honestly the best person my age I've ever met, and I'm so happy whenever I'm with him. It comes down to whether I pick an academically better school (or at least a school with a better reputation) over the first person to change my life fundamentally. He's said things things like, "One day you'll learn/ no place will make you happier" than where the people you love are (not verbatim, of course). The thing is that I wonder if I'm still "someone else's point of view," because everyone I talk to says it's awful to follow people to college and that, if a "better" school will have me, I should go there, and I think I believe them. So I "live in regret / it hurts to know how much [I]'ll miss." I'm already regretting not going with him before I've even made that call. It hurts to know that I may lose the best friendship I've ever had because we won't be together - and it all comes down to what I choose.
