Well im the first person to comment about this song, wow. Well I have to say that this song reflects a lot how the Backstreet Boys had been maturing throughtout thier career. They arent the same backstreet boys they were at the beginning. Im not a backstreet boys fan but I have to admit that now they are real musicians.

I was over the BSB phase way back in elementary or middle school or something, but this song. Wow. It's about loving someone who used to love you long time ago and haven't seen in a long time. Sad but beautiful song.
It's about longing for someone who isn't there anymore. The feelings are still there ("I still need you/I still care about you"; "I still feel you/Like I'm right beside you") but the other person doesn't keep in touch with him/her ("but still no word from you") because there's nothing left to say ("though everything's been said and done").
