I think it's about ebing in a really shit argument in really shit position, when you cant quite say what you mean, or mean what yous ay for that matter, you just wanna say something, anything in your own defense. "Its spreading to my tongue" i think this represents his case of verbal diarrhea. And quotes like "im floating face down" and Quick and unstitch my eyes "Before they stick together" represent such moments in times like this when you just wanna curl up and die. "No sense makes sense To me at all But your expression says it all"lets face it, this is just the basic mentality whenver a guy argues with a woman.
