I think this song is actually names Monsters but it is a great song =D its my fav song off the new album i think.. its good to see them doing a bit of different stuff then there old album.. WOOOO xD
This song is about the demons in your life I think. Like any addictions, problems or dark shadows about your past that haunt you. Its about doing something about these problems and working them out rather than just sitting around moaning and screaming about them to people or just to yourself.
As hard as it may be you have to deal with whats thrown at you and work it out, might take time but in the end it will all work out.
In Kerrang it was noted as "Monsters Ball" when they had a run through of the songs with the band.

I love this song i love al ffaf songs tho ...the 2nd album hours is definetly diff form the 1st album but its still rly good :D i think this album is almost like there getting throught the depression ..it's showing you how there gettin on and moving things forward this is a brilliant song great for singng along to...i think it's about things in the past that are stilll hautning you... but u have to let go of them..and move on.. as it's for the best really...because everything will feel better in the end... this bands amazing :D i luv em

I think speaker wants to die, but someone saw monster(It doesn't exist, 'It makes no sense at all' ) so he screams and says to speaker 'help me', so speaker can't die. Like someone wants to keep speaker alive.
