The song is about women who were once stunners but have now lost their looks and regret previous decisions because of their obnoxious ways. (I'm sure I read this from an interview for when the album was released).

Song is about posers, especially chicks...self -absorbed bimbos that will eventually die alone when their looks go south. The attitude these folks have carry a realtively short life span.
