The song is about how many middle east nations hate Israel. It's about the whole tension that smothers the middle east. They are saying Israel has a right to exist and that everyone should get over it and leave them alone.

I think he's talking about the many wars between Muslim people, and not completely just Israel's struggle against the whole Middle-East. "Lines are drawn in the sand" tells me that people divide themselves up in many different groups that believe their way is the true way of Allah and they just blow each other up for it. He is referring to Israel's right to live, and that Israel shall never fall, because they are God's chosen people, and God will not allow Israel to be destroyed. I think it also can be taking a shot at liberals who think we can reason with these people. "No such thing as coexist, no such thing as peace protest", he's thinking like these terrorists and how they will not settle for anything but the annihilation of all "infidels".
This song kind of steps on the toes of Muslims and extremist liberals that wish to see Israel rubble in the ground.
The song suggests that tensions will continue to reign in the Middle East between Israel and surrounding Arab nations ... and that war is imminent. The song suggests that Israel has a right to exist, and makes the presumption that the Arabs/Muslims simply need to accept this and move on.
However, this is quite a bias view to the situation in the Middle East ... as everyone knows it takes two to tango, and the Jews in Israel are just as guilty as the Muslims in not settling for peace in the area. They should be able to coexist ... but not when neither are willing.
