i'm not a huge fan, but i like a few of her songs. & just so you know, she only "dissed" avril lavigne because avril "dissed" her fans first. i can't remember what all was said, it was a while ago. but she made some statement about her fans being posers & fake because they were dressing like her. well duh. they want to be like you. hah. but yeah. just thought you should know.

I agree I come here looking for a meaning and there's all this crap. I like this song.. Gosh. I love Hilary.

The lyrics are wrong in places.

Might I add,Xx blahh xX is right. It was Avril who called her a mummy's girl or something as well.

I don't get why she's a poser or whatever lol... She doesn't copy anyone, lives her life and picks work for her that she wants. Sheesh.

I agree that this song is living your life in a good way but I'm not completely sure of the meaning...

I believe it's about being the best person you can be in life. Living aligned with morals, and not being so vain etc.

How can you possibly say Hilary Duff is stupid? All she has done is done something with herself. She has made lots of music and been in tonnes of films - what's so bad about that? Did you know that two of her albums made number 1 in America? Have you ever done that?

The song is basically saying about her life and she won't give anything up, she'll kive her life how she wants to - and she couldn't care less what people say about her.

@honesty: i'm not gonna say "hilary duff, what a pOsEr!!!onesone!!!!!" but about the number one album in america thing- just because her albums made number 1 doesn't mean it's good. (i've never heard them, but still.) something popular is not always good. and, just because she's made lots of music and been in tons of films doesn't mean anything. it depends on quality, doesn't it? but if you like here, that's fine by me. to each his/her own. (also, they lyrics see m decent, but i've never heard the actual song, so idon't know if i like it or not.)

I agree, having a #1 album doesn't indicate quality. There are a lot of bad artists who are popular.

Not that I'm a Hilary hater. I just don't think the #1 album thing is her greatest quality.
