amazing single from what is going to be one of the greatest album yet from CKY.
Great song, and yeah, it's basically about the band-related troubles that CKY have gone through in the past and how they just keep occuring.
To me this means to not let problems slow you down. If they come up, solve them and move on.

GREAT FUCKING CD, better than i antisipate, this song just reminds me of my relationships how they allways end up repeating... but this could basicly be about anything, i agree with JBValo... how it could be about shit in your life thats reocouring and your back in the same spot and its familiar.
I love this song, its lighter than most of their others that ive heard and i like it that way.
I think its about how there are many things that can put you down in life but your not the only person who has gone through or is going through it. Hence the whole 'familiar realm' part.
The 'Break out and carry on' is saying basically get through it and get on with life.
