objectivly this song is rather melancholic and at the same time it's aimed on the future and kind of perspective in life. but as for me in the situation i am now i associate this song with a person who left me and kinda doesn't know what to do and what he wants and what he is afraid of. the strongest lines amongst "where do u want to go now?" are "it's so hot in here it's burning outside" -though it's "outside" i think it reflects emotion condiction of a person and the other one "everybody's leaving" - so depressing (when u say that everybody - you mean just one exact person you need(ed) the most)
yeah I agree Ihet I don't think she's speaking to "everybody" either-- it would just be nice to know who the fuck she is (1.), who the fucking she is speaking to/addressing (2.), and or if she's like 2 legit from ugly americans (the same person-duel style), speaking to everyone else that isn't them ^^ - I'm just saying.
