frankly, it sounds like a stalker in lust with some chick, possibly a prostitute. Not saying that's the meaning, that's just what it sounds like to me. :]

What's posted above is mostly right, but there are some differences that change the meaning a bit. Some of it I'm unsure of, but I'm fairly certain it's "for all the things I plan until I'll be your man" and "And if I find you, I know you'll make me feel, you make me feel more than real"
