It's about being so far from friends and family that you feel disconneted from them, which was our experieience while we were recording the album in Seattle. Also, the fact that the line says "I CAN'T feel the same about you anymore" rather than " I DON'T feel the same" suggests that he's made a conscious decision not to love her anymore as it's too hard. His feelings haven't changed by themselves, he's making them change.

This is such a frikvin amazing song! I think it's one of their best!Tis so addictive! I basically think that it's about a relationship ending "I Cant feel the same about you anymore" telling her that he doesn't love her or see her in the way he used to, possibly because she did something "So goodbye to you and your lies" she obvioulsy lied to him about stuff. Im not too sure on this bit but she could also have taken him for granted "Your new best friends" perhaps she was spending more time with them than she was with him. "(seperation)" they've split up...it could ahve been a very slow and painful relationship "Two months so many weeks-turn my hours into days" perhaps the relationship just took so much work that it seemed like years had gone by, when really they were only together for like 2 months. That's just my opinion on some bits FFAF FRICKIN ROCK!

I also like the fact that it starts with the phone ringin and she picks it up and says hello and then the guys start as it's like he's actually ringin her up and tellin her all this stuff, how he feels and that it's over!

This song kicks ass, took me a while to get into it actually, there new stuff is a bit different from their old stuff, but it's amazing all the same. This song doesn't compare to 'Roses for the Dead' though, that's one of the best songs they've done so far.

Eagerly anticipating the new album now, and seeing them Live this year at Leeds!! :D

this song is pretty gd . . . however, its not quite ffaf . . . very different sound n lyrics from anything on casually dressed . . . still kicks ass and is catchy . . . cant wait 2 c ffaf wiv asl n those other 2 bands . . .. wooooooo . . . probs bout some m8 hu left his or her old m8s 4 new 1s becoz his/her old ones werent kewl or sum shit

Matt Davies was saying that for a band that's supposedly 'Emo' that there's very few songs on 'Hours' that's about girls. I've only heard a few of the songs from the new album, it's certainly different, but if they brought out another "Casually dressed..." then they would have only been criticised.

I love the new stuff
