I think it's about moving on from being in love with someone who isn't in love with you. (finding new ground). But that isn't easy to just give up if you love that particular person so much. Grown sick and tired of faking; He's not showing completely how he feels, also he's telling himself that there still is a way they could be together. only he's getting sick and tired of it, because it takes you day by day, thinking of how it could be, what ways it actually already is the way you want it to be, what you can do to make her see that he loves her. It's annoying all that thinking. That's why he wants to be normal again. Will she come out tonight and say what's really going on? will she fight against what he thinks is a possibility, or will she back up and just leave him wondering. Probably non of the above because she doesn't even know what's going on. So day after day he's going to hope to become normal again.

incredible song, definately one of my favorites. i don't understand why it wasn't released either. hard to figure out what it means, but who cares?

well they have so many great songs its hard to release them all i guess..I just love the music in this song

I think it's about wanting to fit in; to be Normal. But at the same time, not wanting to give up everything you stand for and believe in. It's a great song; a little on the poppy side, so that may be why it wasn't released.

Check out the video on YouTube. It has some great videos spanning the band's entire career. It really makes the song a lot better.

sick tune

He can't sleep. The truth of his situation keeps him awake. As time has passed, he's realized that he can't keep living a lie. Despite the choices he's made, he knows this is the one he wants to be with. He's forgotten all others. Will the person he needs come be with him, or are they still getting over his PC choices? If they will give in for now, he'll be living the truth of who he is. All will be right, and he can feel normal.

I think this songs can be interpreted as a way to cope with a loss of someone dear, maybe a death maybe a breakup like someone said before.\n\nThe entire first verse is talking about the memories that come in waves, always making noise in our head, and you have to turn them off somehow because is still too painful to think about them... so you have to get out and find some new ground to break the cycle.\n\nThe second verse is saying that eventho he is still hurting by remembering everything from the past, he now knows he has to keep living, and that he doesn\'t need to give up every memory and feeling he had from that person he lost, because he just figured it out that he can move on day after day.\n\nThe third verse is talking about the strugle he has to live everyday, trying to move on, from mourning to being normal again, and its a process that he has to fight everyday.\n\nThe fourth verse is talking about the memories he has lost, the faces that fadeway as the time pass, there are no clear memories now that he is trying to move on, he talks to the person he lost, trying to tell him the trurth, that he misses him, but it\'s been getting hard to remember everything.\n\nAfter the fifth verse, it all come down as trying to be normal again, after loosing someone so dear that you have to strugle everyday to remember his/her face and all, we all just try to be normal again.
