Delta Goodnam (SP?) I believe sang this song orignially. He does an AMAZING job. Such a lovely song to begin with, but Darren ads his special something, making it that much better. I think the lyrics are very straightfoward.

I learned to love it, even when it's not a song written by Darren, he made it his own when he sang it...Really beautiful and better than the original in my opinion...

i absolutely when he first sang this cover of delta's song at the ARIA's. He said that he actually forgot some of the words during it, but he sang it so well, and u cudnt even tell he stuffed up. Darren is such an awesome singer and he really has helped the aussie music scene. top bloke. -hayles-

everytime i hear his version of the song it makes me think of when he was singing to Delta (who herself has disappeared from the music scene completely). So sad! he did such a good job with it though.

When he sang at ARIA's for Delta Goodrem he said he messed up, but he only added a couple words. Instead of singing in the first chorus "I'm lost without you" He said "you know I'd be Lost Without you". The reason delta goodrem disappeared from the music scene is because she had cancer. There was a benefit for her (I think it may have been the Aria's) and that is the only reason Darren got permission to sing "lost without you" because he performed it for her at the benefit. I'm not sure if she's still recording, but last I heard her cancer was in remission.
