Here With Me Lyrics
I didn't hear you leave
I wonder how am I still here
I don't want to move a thing
It might change my memory
Oh I am what I am
I'll do what I want
But I can't hide
I won't go
I won't sleep
I can't breathe
Until you're resting here with me
I won't leave
I can't hide
I cannot be
Until you're resting here with me
I don't want to call my friends
They might wake me from this dream
And I don't want to leave this bed
And risk forgetting all that's been
Oh I am what I am
I'll do what I want
But I can't hide
I won't go
I won't sleep
I can't breathe
Until you're resting here with me
I won't leave
I can't hide
I cannot be
Until you're resting here
I won't go
I won't sleep
I can't breathe
Until you're resting here with me
I won't leave
I can't hide
I cannot be
Until you're resting here with me
I wonder how am I still here
I don't want to move a thing
It might change my memory
I'll do what I want
But I can't hide
I won't sleep
I can't breathe
Until you're resting here with me
I won't leave
I can't hide
I cannot be
Until you're resting here with me
They might wake me from this dream
And I don't want to leave this bed
And risk forgetting all that's been
I'll do what I want
But I can't hide
I won't sleep
I can't breathe
Until you're resting here with me
I won't leave
I can't hide
I cannot be
Until you're resting here
I won't sleep
I can't breathe
Until you're resting here with me
I won't leave
I can't hide
I cannot be
Until you're resting here with me

excellent song and beat, with above-than-average singer. I miss ATB's version.
This is a song by Dido...and frankly I think Sarah does a better version of it...but that is just my opinion. The way Sarah sings it just makes you feel a yearning and aching inside and a love. Plus the end of the song crescendos with breathy ecstasy, no words, but just a lot of sighs and vocal resonations that leave you burning for someone to hold onto. The end of Dido's version doesn't have this ending.
Agree. Sarah makes the best of all.
I believe this song is the saddest on 'La Luna'. Also the most touching, as I cried when I heard it.
liitlethree is right when she/he said that you will "feel a yearning and aching inside", which is exactly how I felt when I heard this song for the first time.
Yes, it's far better than the version by Dido and the version on TV show Roswell's OST.
Sarah injects emotions into the song, through her amazing vocals and inflections. It's a song that will make you close you eyes and concentrate all your five senses on its melody and lyrics. Feast on it.
Bruce Bettinger said that "The song is good," Bruce added, "but not as emotionally charged as Sarah's version."
I couldn't agree more.
