We used to go out nightly
To the armories
You used to be my team mate
Or that's the way it seemed

We lost our friends because you wanted to
They had no faith in you
I had faith in you
You said we don't need anybody new
It's just me and you
On a bicycle for two

We used to hold on tightly
And you relied on me
I used to be your team mate
Or that's the way it seemed

We lost our friends because you wanted to
They had no faith in you
I had faith in you
We did everything you wanted to
It was just me and you
On a bicycle for two

    No comments? sigh

This is a great, touching ballad and one of my favourite songs on the albums.

Sounds like he fell for this chick and she ruined his life (isolated him from his friends) and then she ditched him. Sad.

I think this is a perfect way to end an album which was so chock-full of mindlessly loud riffs and choruses! It's really haunting and I think the lyrics are fairly transparent...

    The_Decockster ..

Exactly. I agree. It might have something to do with the fact that I've been through with that scenario though.
