This one's pretty easy. These guys hate a certain member of their group who seems to exagerrate, gossip, etc., but when he finally leaves, they miss his old stories.

Yeah, this song is pretty surprising. I never really paid attention to the words, but this song is basically about that annoying tag-a-long that you never wanted around, but then when he leaves you kind of miss him.
Like, you don't know what you've got till it's gone.
