The song is actually a slam on Christian Radio, "Becky" is a stereotypical listener that Christian radio stations use to justify their "Safe for the Whole Family" cliche. Rice thinks that doesn't do the faith justice.
I love this song because the other day I was in a bad mood so I decided to turn on the Christian music radio station to cheer me up. And well this song came on, and my names Becky so it made me happy. Good music to make you smile.
