It's more of a sexual obsession, I think. Given that the character asses as non-important things which could be important for a girl (like her parents, the way she likes to be treated, her past., etc.), it's doubtful that a view like that could be love.

I used to think it was almost a break up song, like Gibby is starting to get tired of listening to her talk about shit he doesn't care about.
