I think this song means that shes really down on herself, like she really doesnt like herself, and thats what she could mean by "i'm not the one you want". But by "Wont somebody please write a message to god", she could mean wont somebody please tell god to make my life worth living because otherwise im going to end it.
my interpretation: she likes this guy, but he doesnt have the same feelings for her "There's little time to grasp...I'm not the one you want so I go"
she has little hope being with him so she is leaning towards God asking him for help because she doesn't feel like she has a chance of him liking her the same way
