Enthralled In Essence Lyrics
I've scaled over the walls of morality
Not quite sure what I'd find
There on the other side
Waiting in a common stance
Relieve me of my duty
As keeper of this body
Just leave me with my mind
And I assure you
I will be just fine
Tears stream from cheek
Of a man whose body his mind does not seek
A very gruelling rendition
Of a human soul's indecision
The qualities of a finer being
Locked well within this shell
Crying out to be released
To a body that serves as well
Malformed at birth
You see what it's worth
In a mirror I ask why
Such a shame, wanting to die
In a past lifetime
I feel I've had mine
Shared with no one
Excuse me I must go now !
Unhappy as he exits
Unhappy as he came
Enthralled in the Essence
The Essence of life to be
Not quite sure what I'd find
There on the other side
Waiting in a common stance
Relieve me of my duty
As keeper of this body
Just leave me with my mind
And I assure you
I will be just fine
Of a man whose body his mind does not seek
A very gruelling rendition
Of a human soul's indecision
The qualities of a finer being
Locked well within this shell
Crying out to be released
To a body that serves as well
You see what it's worth
In a mirror I ask why
Such a shame, wanting to die
I feel I've had mine
Shared with no one
Excuse me I must go now !
Unhappy as he exits
Unhappy as he came
Enthralled in the Essence
The Essence of life to be

This song to me is either two things:
1) Physical Deformation, a person with a beautiful mind, who is trapped in a condemned body. "In a mirror I ask why, such a shame, wanting to die" "Unhappy as he exist, unhappy as he came"
2) It could also be againt the material world, or at least the first section of the song could be. It's more vague, andon first impressions it looks like the song is about how our world is based around physical beauty instead of inner beauty.
Amazing song.
I think it's about suicide
I believe this song is about an otherworldly being that is trapped within a human body. (Perhaps we all are.) He sees that the only redeemable quality of a human is the mind, and wishes he could just die and move onto his next life. He hopes to incarnate a body more befitting his celestial desires.
