It's "Love seems like a mess" not "The world seems like a miss"
I think this is about how he can't stand to be lonely and that he needs love to feel better/happier.
I think this song is about someone who had someone close to them become distant. the person moved onto other things. now they are back together and the first person missed the other so badly they will do anything for them to not leave,they just want to keep being with them like it used to be ("can u please keep talking to me, tell me all about your new friends")
this song seems to be about loneliness (obviously), and how they are dependent on that one person. it seems to be a cry out of desperation, begging...an aggressive way to show feelings of "neediness".
it reminds me a lot of an exboyfriend in my last relationship who did not seem to get the picture that it is in the past, and it's time to move on. "can you please keep talking to me, tell me all about your new friends." he was pleading for me to share anything at all, about my day, my friends, with him, if he couldn't get my
attention.
This song reminds me of last winter, id go outside at night through my bedroom window and walk till about 5 am in the snow just thinkign and looking at the stars talking to my friends on the phone for company....... i guess this song means something completly different to me then everyone else
Well if you follow the story of a lover who has commited suicide, this is him realizing what he left. "Can you please keep talking to me now? Tell me all about your new friends And don't think I can't hear you now I’m listening I’m listening" She misses him, and walks by his grave talking as if he was still next to her.
I think the lyrics are "and you dont think i can hear you now, but im listening im listening"
Great song though I think its obviously about a guy whos passed away from suicide and hes visiting the love he left behind..the entire CD is based around death but this song is probably the best on the CD.
