Think of me
Think of me fondly
When we've said goodbye
Remember me
Once in awhile
Please promise me you'll try

When you find, that once again you long
To take your heart

He's here, the Phantom of the Opera!
He is with us
It's the ghost

He's here, the Phantom of the Opera!
He's with us, he's a ghost!

Good heavens!
Will you show a little courtesy?

Mademoiselle, please!

These things do happen

Si! These things do happen! Well, until you stop these things happening
This thing does not happen!

Christine Daaé could sing it, sir

The chorus girl?

Let her sing for you, Monsieur
She has been well taught

Think of me
Think of me fondly
When we've said goodbye
Remember me
Once in awhile
Please promise me you'll try

When you find, that once again you long
To take your heart back and be free
If you ever find a moment
Spare a thought for me

We never said our love was ever green
Or as unchanging as the sea
But if you can still remember
Stop and think of me

Think of all the things we've shared and seen
Don't think about the things which might have been

Think of me
Think of me waking, silent and resigned
Imagine me trying too hard to put you from my mind

Recall those days
Look ack on all those times
Think of the things we'll never do
There will never be a day when I won't think of you

Can it be?
Can it be Christine?

Bravo!

What a change!
You're really not a bit the gawkish girl that once you were
She may not remember me
But I remember her

We never said our love was ever green
Or as unchanging as the sea
But please promise me that sometimes
You will think
Ah, ah, ah, ah
Of me

    this song is beautiful!

And i'm in the exact situation that this song represents, so it's really heartbraking..it forced me to go buy the soundtrack....

since this is songMEANINGS tho:...not like it's that hard to decipher or anything...but it sounds pretty much like it's about a couple that is breaking up, because she knows their not meant to be, but she still loves him and wants her to remember her..

    good good good song.

Both as a standalone and as part of the DSOTS album, you can take this lyric as read. As a matter of public record, Jourgensen's drug intake was legendary even in the 1980s. By the late 90s, in his own words, he was grappling with massive addiction issues and had lost almost everything: friends, spouse, money and had nearly died more than once. "Dark Side of the Spoon" is a both funny & sad title for an album made by a musical genius who was losing the plot; and this song is a message to his fans & friends saying he knows it. It's painful to listen to so I'm glad the "Keith Richards of industrial metals" wised up and cleaned up. Well done sir.

Techno Ted
Audioslave
Techno Ted may be a person who caused Chris incredible emotional pain & trepidation as well as moments of peace & happiness but now is removed and awaiting his fate. Darling may be a different person who is also free of him and can live her life free of Ted's tyranny. "In between all the laughing, and daydreams ... lies: a desert of truth" Lies are like a desert or the omission of Truth: Where there were Lies then Truth was absent. The song, "Techno Ted", may be a cathartic celebration of the downfall of this person.

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/
