Toy Story, great movie. Well, I think applying to real life it means some leader of a group of friends suddenly is shunned to one side as people have a new best friend or someone to think is "cool". They are not so popular anymore and have lost all their friends. And people don't remember them or respect them like they used to. i.e. "You got someone you think you know well It turns out a stranger."
